Mistral Asymmetrical Top

Lovely pattern. A bit tricky without a written instruction, but totally feasible to follow the video!

Great pattern, easy to assemble. I would say that it needs a little bit more professional finishes like interfacing tape on curved edges, understitching on the facing. That it the usual problem with smaller pattern makers. But pattern is nice, I made a top form linen, I think I will make more, maybe make it even more assymetrical. I recommend finish seams with Hong Kong method. Happy with the purchase !

I really loved making this pattern! Although it looks complicated, the instructions and video really guide you through the process to make a truly beautiful top. It was my first time fabric covering buttons and I love the outcome. I highly recommend this pattern

I want to love this pattern, but the sizing is so, so off. I wear a size XL, and even though this pattern claims to go up to 4X, even the largest measurements are still too small for me. I’ve never seen something sized like this, and I’m so disappointed because this pattern is so cool. I understand patterns running a little large or a little tight, but being off by 3 sizes is crazy to me. Maybe it’s a Euro sizing vs. US sizing issue, but if that’s the case I’m still not into it because the lack of size inclusivity is frustrating.

If you’re a really small person, I’m sure you’ll love this pattern. If you’re midsized and don’t want to rework it and figure out a bunch of new measurements for all the pieces, would pass. :(

Super tolles Muster, das ich auf jeden Fall noch öfter machen werde. Ich hatte ein paar Probleme damit die Schlaufen für die Knöpfe schmal genug zu machen, also werde ich es vielleicht beim nächsten Mal ausprobieren Elastic Cord zu verwenden.

Wunderschönes Top mit einer sehr eingängigen Anleitung :)) werde es auf jeden Fall nochmal nähen und vielleicht versuchen es mit langen Ärmeln zu einer Jacke zu machen :))

I am beginner and this was my second time to use a pattern for a project. I learned a lot. **Can you include a photo of the finished other side of the collar - inside? Where it joins that little piece of fabric (that had a mistake in the video)** Thanks!
I made a few adjustments to the original design - made it longer and instead of the clipped button on the collar, I just made one more like the rest of the buttons. I used just a basic 100% cotton fabric - next time I will try on a more expensive fabric.

Made my first top with this beautiful pattern! Instructions were easy to follow. Really appreciate the well produced video with the peaceful sound of birds chirping in the background. For confident beginners is the appropriate label. Thank you to the seller! 10/10 would recommend.

Such a fun project! I made this for my mom for Christmas :) silk weave fabric (would not recommend, haha. A little too structured but turned out fine!). The only part I was confused by was the extra piece you sew on for the collar but I eventually figured it out. Thanks so much!!

This was a really fun top to sew! Overall the pattern was easy to follow and looks great. Isa was incredibly helpful when I reached out to her with a question about the construction.

Beautiful pattern! Easier than it looks. You can definitely do it! The size runs true so very little modifications. The hardest part for me was lining up the buttons, but even this was fine.

Das Oberteil ist super schön und sitzt perfekt. An manchen stellen war die Anleitung etwas verwirrend aber man kommt mit dem youtube video und der Anleitung zusammen sehr gut klar.

This is a well done pattern, and the instructions are easy to follow! I wish more people made patterns in this style.
