At Isa in Stitches, our sewing patterns are digital products delivered electronically after purchase.

Digital sewing patterns

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases of PDF sewing patterns are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Please make sure you review the product description, size range, fabric recommendations and other information provided on the product page before purchasing.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, this right may no longer apply once the download or access to the digital content has begun, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of your right of withdrawal, as required by applicable law.

Where the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded and a statutory right of withdrawal still applies, you may contact us to request cancellation of your purchase.

Problems with your order

If you receive the wrong file, encounter a technical problem with your download, or believe there is an error in the pattern files, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide corrected or replacement files where appropriate.

If a digital product is defective or does not conform to its description, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at our discretion after verification.

Physical products

If a physical product is offered for sale on our website, any applicable return conditions will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated at the time of purchase.
