Isa in Stitches was born from a deep love for design and a journey of self-discovery. I always had a passion for design and fashion in particular, but after high school I took the safer path—studying humanities, majoring in literature with a minor in English, then moving into business and marketing. It wasn’t until I stumbled upon the DIY sewing community on social media that I saw a way to make fashion my own.

From that moment, I immersed myself in everything sewing: learning how to sew, mastering the Adobe Suite, taking pattern-making classes, studying fabrics, and creating content to share my journey. Bit by bit, what started as a passion project grew into something bigger—until it became my full-time job.

Isa in Stitches is about more than just sewing patterns. It’s about courage—because each new sewing project encapsulates the act of stepping out of your comfort zone. It’s about confidence, curiosity, and creativity. Sewing isn’t just about making clothes; it’s about learning, experimenting, and slowly uncovering your personal style.
