By accessing this website or purchasing a product from Isa in Stitches, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Isa in Stitches

Isa in Stitches creates and sells sewing patterns, primarily as digital PDF products, along with related sewing content and resources.

2. Digital products

Our sewing patterns are digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless a product is explicitly described as a physical item on its product page.

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital files associated with your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software, printer or other equipment required to use the files.

3. Personal use

Unless you have purchased a separate Commercial License, Isa in Stitches sewing patterns are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may use the pattern to sew garments for yourself or as gifts.

You may not use the pattern to produce garments or other products for sale without the appropriate Commercial License.

4. Commercial use

Commercial use of eligible Isa in Stitches patterns requires the purchase of a separate Commercial License for the relevant pattern.

The conditions, duration and permitted use of each Commercial License are described on the Commercial License page and/or the relevant license product page.

Purchasing a sewing pattern does not automatically grant commercial production rights.

5. Intellectual property

All sewing patterns, instructions, illustrations, photographs, videos, text, graphics and other original content provided by Isa in Stitches are protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a pattern gives you a license to use the files according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, upload, publish or otherwise make the pattern files or instructions available to third parties, whether for free or for payment.

You may not claim Isa in Stitches patterns, instructions or other original content as your own.

6. Sharing pattern files

Each purchase is intended for use by the individual purchaser.

Pattern files may not be shared with friends, sewing groups, students, customers or other third parties.

If another person wishes to use the pattern, they must purchase their own copy.

7. Pattern modifications

You may modify an Isa in Stitches pattern for your own personal sewing projects.

Modifying, grading, tracing, redrawing or otherwise adapting a pattern does not give you the right to redistribute or sell the original pattern or any derivative pattern based substantially on it.

8. Accuracy and sizing

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pattern files, measurements, size charts and sewing instructions.

It is the customer's responsibility to select an appropriate size, check measurements and follow any printing or assembly instructions provided with the pattern.

Fit can vary depending on body shape, fabric choice, sewing technique and personal preference.

9. Printing

PDF patterns must be printed according to the scale and printing instructions provided with the pattern.

Isa in Stitches cannot be responsible for incorrect sizing caused by printer settings, scaling, software settings or printing services outside our control.

10. Tutorials and external resources

Some patterns may include or refer to video tutorials or other online resources.

Availability and format may vary between patterns. The content included with each product is described on its product page.

11. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency and may change at any time.

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable taxes, discounts or currency conversion.

12. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and rights of withdrawal are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep our website and digital downloads accessible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
